ReturnsIQ Inc. dba Conjunction ("Conjunction," "we," "us") provides a service that helps venues and communities connect, confirm event terms, and review basic post-event results (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your contact details current.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime to stop the next month. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply.
For some events, the community may pay a deposit to secure a date. Deposit amount and rules (e.g., cancellation, refund/forfeit) appear in a written terms sheet for that event. Conjunction may facilitate the deposit and will hold/release it according to the written terms confirmed by the parties.
One new event in six months, or your money back. If a Venue maintains an active Standard or Premium subscription for a continuous six-month period (the "Guarantee Period") and no New Event Booking is confirmed by the end of that period, the Venue may request a refund of all subscription fees paid during that Guarantee Period.
New Event Booking means a date/time is confirmed in the shared communication thread or email and either (a) a deposit is paid if the Venue requires one, or (b) a written commitment is provided if no deposit is required.
How to claim: Email support@conjunction.co or privacy@conjunction.co within 30 days after the Guarantee Period ends. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Exclusions: Starter and per-intro unlock payments are not covered.
To protect match quality and reporting accuracy:
Keep material planning and updates in the shared communication thread (e.g., WhatsApp) until an introduction is resolved. If a Venue ceases participating in the shared thread for 14 consecutive days while an introduction is pending, Conjunction may pause or terminate access.
If a Venue receives a booking with a Conjunction-introduced community, the Venue must inform Conjunction in the shared thread within 30 days of confirmation.
If Conjunction determines a Venue materially avoids the shared thread to circumvent the Service, or fails to notify Conjunction of a confirmed booking within 30 days, Conjunction may remove the Venue from the platform. Upon removal, the Venue forfeits subscription fees paid in the then-current six-month results window (the Venue's current Guarantee Period). No refund is due. These remedies are in addition to others available under law.
We may provide AI-assisted booking support (e.g., draft replies, a concise terms sheet and run-of-show/checklist, and deposit facilitation). You are responsible for reviewing drafts and the final terms you accept.
To generate basic post-event insights, a Venue may provide POS data limited to the event window and attendance figures. We use this only to prepare a simple snapshot for the Venue and to improve matching. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do not misuse the Service, harass others, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass agreed processes or fees. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain your content (e.g., menus, images). You grant Conjunction a non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service. Conjunction and its licensors retain all rights in the Service.
We use third-party providers (e.g., payment, communications, data storage, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them through the Service.
Except for the stated guarantee, Conjunction does not promise specific attendance or revenue outcomes. The Service is provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjunction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Conjunction's total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Conjunction in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
You will defend and indemnify Conjunction from claims arising out of your content, your events or operations, or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel anytime (effective the next month). We may suspend or terminate for cause (e.g., non-payment, abuse, Section 6 violations). Sections intended to survive (payments, IP, limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, when reasonable, notify subscribers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by California law. Exclusive venue is San Francisco County, California.
