Program terms, plain English

These terms ensure clear attribution and predictable reporting.

Economics
  • •$150 billed every 6 months. Card saved through Stripe.
  • •5% of net F&B sales from Conjunction sourced events. Net excludes tax, gratuity, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • •No exclusivity. No obligation to accept every intro.
POS reporting and automatic charging
  • •POS sales report due within 7 days after each Conjunction sourced event.
  • •If the report is not received within 7 days, a $100 administrative fee is automatically charged. Once the report is submitted, we true up: refund the difference if revenue share is less than $100, or charge the difference if it's more.
  • •Revenue share and applicable fees are charged to the payment method on file.
  • •Late payments or overdue reporting may result in a pause on new introductions until resolved.
Introduction protection
  • •If Conjunction introduces an organizer and the venue books them within 12 months, Conjunction is entitled to the 5% revenue share on the first booking only, even if finalized off-platform.
Guarantee
  • •If you don't generate at least $1,000 in Conjunction-sourced event revenue or book at least 2 Conjunction-sourced events within 6 months, we refund the full $150.
The person completing signup confirms they have authority to bind the venue to these terms. Governed by California law.
